Introduction:
The operation is extremely simple, and the process of production and frying is done by all the automatic settings. Simply put the finished mixture into a stainless steel container, the machine will automatically operated and the mixture will be made into donuts efficiently, then automatically delivered to the fried donuts shaped area. The frying time and temperature are all automatically set, until the sweet donuts are finished. At the same time the same batch can produce multiple donuts, the whole operation is very simple, and donuts’ quality and quantity are guaranteed. In addition, this product uses gas to heat oil and maintain the temperature of the oil to fry the donuts, the gas can be liquid gas, natural gas or coal gas. In addition, the passing and turning of donuts is powered by alternating current, and the AC can come from two ways, one is by linking plug to socket, the other is by converting the direct current generated by battery-group to alternating current. The spiral design makes height adjustment enforceable. The height of the gate can be adjusted based on the oil level. Donuts’ thickness and thin can also be adjusted by adjusting the amount of materials. The more material,the thicker and bigger is the produced donuts; the less and smaller, the thinner is the produced donuts. The operation is simple and of high efficiency,and the machine is very well welcomed and is the best choice to a variety of stores and food plants, etc. As for this machine is 220V 50HZ, so if we want to use the 380V power, we should be according to the wiring diagram in the Manual.
